Some insurance plans do NOT cover hearing services.  Hearing evaluation referrals may be required by your insurance. A physician's office can simply fax (517-669-8070) the prescription to our office using our provided Audiology prescription or on their office prescription form.


Detailed Audiology reports are sent to the referring physician after patient appointments.
